Artisan Aminos

From a new store idea to a complete WooCommerce website

Custom design, product documentation, and payment integration, handled by one developer.

Artisan Aminos needed an online store where customers could explore products, access certificates of analysis, verify batches, and make purchases. Behind the scenes, the client needed a website they could manage confidently.

I handled the design and development, bringing those requirements together in WordPress and WooCommerce.

The challenge

Bringing the whole store together

A working checkout was only part of the project.

Product information, supporting documentation, and purchasing needed to fit into a consistent website experience. The client also needed an editable setup for managing content after the build.

That meant paying attention to both sides of the website: what customers see and what the business needs to maintain.

The work

What I built and why it mattered

  1. Custom store pages

I designed and developed custom store pages to carry the website’s visual identity into its eCommerce functionality.

  2. COA & batch verification

I implemented features that let visitors find supporting product documentation and verify batch information. This gave customers access to information they could use when evaluating products.

  3. Editable content

Using Gutenberg and custom fields, I structured the website so the client could manage content within WordPress.

  4. Payment integration

I integrated the payment processor with WooCommerce, connecting the storefront to its purchasing functionality.

Project details

A closer look at the store.

Product selection, supporting documentation, and checkout, brought together in a consistent WooCommerce experience.

Product information and purchasing in one place.

The custom product page brings together product details, bundle options, pricing, and a direct link to the certificate of analysis. Customers can review the available information and select their preferred quantity before adding the product to their cart.

Product documentation that customers can find.

The COA Library organises certificates of analysis by product and lot number. Search and filtering controls help visitors locate the documentation relevant to the product or batch they want to review.

A checkout organised into clear stages.

The checkout separates customer information, shipping and billing, payment information, and instructions into distinct steps. An order summary alongside the form keeps the selected products, quantities, and prices visible.
